Virgin quiche

Can you believe that at the age of 53 I have never (and I mean never) made a quiche before today? Shameful, I hear you say, although perhaps those of you that know me extremely well will not be at all surprised 😆

Well, it turns out I'm actually quite good at it, I even made the pastry from scratch.

Having the Aga, and loving it (Ian's not 😞), is inspiring me to spend more time in the kitchen.  Bread next......
