As has become customary I'm celebrating my birthday with one of my bestest friends at AquaSana spa in Elveden Forest.
Ian drove me down here and he's then continued on his way southwards to stay with his parents for a couple of nights. We spent last night in Lincoln to break the journey - I had no idea it was such a lovely place.
