Mince Pie Mania
Continuing with the Christmas preparations I decided to bake some mince pies this afternoon. They'll be put in the freezer ready for visitors.
This was the first batch in the making. Sometimes I surprise even myself with the amount of mess I create from the simplest of tasks!
But the finished result was yummy pies (even if I do say so myself); feel free to pop in and do a taste test!!
